After several years of travelling around my beloved country. 2016 is the only year I started going out of its borders.
Yes, you read that right. I've been limited or restricted to do so due to scholarship obligations and such, but not anymore. For the third international destination of this year, it was still a pleasant surprise for me to be able to use my U.S. Visa for the very first time. See, I've had this for about four years now because of some plans at work before which was not pursued. And when the opportunity came early this year, I grabbed the chance to visit the lovely island of Guam. For a very good reason because my "What are the places to see in Guam?" list just got longer as my trip date was getting nearer. And the discovery of its heritage and culture was even more appealing when I finally had that road trip from north to south.
