Coast Boracay

 

Boracay Island, in hindsight, will always have a special spot in my heart. It feels like I have always been to a place where I will never know for sure what is in store for me. But the last trip was refreshing, in a way, because it opened my eyes to how sometimes we are blinded by bittersweet memories bound to a destination which should not be the case. Because since we are constantly changing and life is never-endingly altering, we should be like a child open to learn to whatever is thrown at us but never ever giving up.

And that metamorphosis I felt was also paired with the perfect new comfort one could find in the island. We have looked and looked for the perfect there is – close to the beach and establishments, refreshing ambiance – and there it was just a stone’s throw away from the Boracay’s white sand beach near the heart of Station 2 is the newly opened, since last La Boracay 2016, Coast Boracay.

The beachfront resort is set to redefine your stay and gastronomic experience.” Powdery white indeed because as you can see in the photos, it has this dreamy white pinterest-worthy and instragram-worthy architecture that we actually have endless ideas on where to shoot. I really looked forward for blue hour to arrive because I knew that it would be especially extraordinary by then and then look what it has shown us then:

There are about five room types namely deluxe, premier, one bed, deluxe loft and their sister hotel, Blue marina. Ours was combination of two rooms into one which is equipped, like all others. With five star bedding, SMART TV, and Wi-Fi Access. They are the first there is in the island that has a SMART TV and we went movie watching to karaoke sessions the night before my flight because it rained. Good thing!

More over their so called five star bedding is tagged in their website as “so luxurious it begs you to stay,” quite funny but I so agree simply because they truly are world class and are actually made out of local textile woven by weavers in Mindanao. Oh how I very much love establishments that support local products. It make me one happy and proud Filipina.
Their overall vibe is quite amazingly clean and cozy but at the same time evokes fun and comfort. This includes their refreshing food and beverage inside the hotel that serves top-quality food item from breakfast to dinner. In fact, they serve beach snacks and beverages all day long while their guests are having fun under the sun on either their pretty pool lounge or the white sand beach right on the outside. The ultimate comfort with food!

Interestingly, Coast is actually another innovative concept of Raintree Hospitality Group. Raintree is a restaurant family providing pleasurable and gustatory experience that has since multiplied in Metro Manila. And now soon to open a new restaurant inside Coast Boracay soon.
