Paseo del Mar Sunset
From the previous Snapshots from Zamboanga: The Asia's Latin City (Part 1) and Snapshots from Zamboanga: The Asia's Latin City (Part 2). Here's the third and final leg of the sequence. Part 2 ended with number 15 so here comes 16 to 23:
16) Airport. When I arrived in Zamboanga I immediately noticed their not so typical airport design. It was very refreshingly different. Welcome to Aeropuerto Internacional de Zamboanga (Zamboanga International Airport in English).

17) Paseo del Mar. Lovely in the morning (well, except for the heat) but lovelier at night. Perfect to grab food, see the night view, and see different people.

18) Knicker Bocker. I thought it was a hype but I was wrong, knicker bocker is indeed one the best I've tasted in Zamboanga. Bought one from one of the stalls in the retail area across Paseo.
All time fave Knicker Bocker
19) Seafood Overload. I was thinking that this is becoming post more of food post than snapshots of Zamboanga (Haha) because seeing this makes me so hungry. We ate at the Bar Code after strolling at Paseo del Mar, the place is just inside the vicinity and they have a band which is a plus. We ordered a seafood plate and never thought that was super worth every peso. Sulit!

20) The Ateneo de Zamboanga University is a Catholic and Jesuit university in Western Mindanao. It is also known by the acronym AdZU. Founded by the Society of Jesus in 1912, it is the second oldest Jesuit school in the Philippines.

21) Kape Zamboanga. Not a fan of coffee but we just needed to hang out on our last night. So we stayed here with frappes and live band. The singer in the live band here was the same with that we saw in Bar Code, Paseo.

22) Metropolitan Church. The Metropolitan Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception originally located at the front of Plaza Pershing. It was the relocated beside Ateneo de Zamboanga University, formerly known as the Jardin de Chino.

23) Hotels. Since we didn't booked online, we searched the city looking for hotels and even if it was peak season of graduation in March, we're lucky to get one room with discount.
Astoria Hotel's Entrance and, no, we didn't stay here. ;)
