Marriott Hotel has been globally and widely known due to its excellent service and accommodation that would indulge both business and leisure travelers to an ultimate vacation.

They are ideally located at the Resorts World Manila complex in Newport City which is just stone’s throw away from the shopping center, entertainment, several casinos, and right across the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3. We happened to be in Marriott due to our previous plans to watch the show, “Bituing Walang Ningning,” at Resorts World Manila. Our group then decided that it would be better to enjoy the night and have some place near RWM where we could immediately go back and relax after a night planned with fun and entertainment.

We checked in at an on-site concierge around noon and checked our room that was a deluxe good for two which offers luxurious bedding, in-room safe, mini-bar, cabinets, air conditioning, 40-inch full high definition LCDs with IPTV, videos on demand, and jack pack plug-and-play system. Their exquisite marble bathrooms feature bathtubs with jets, lighted makeup mirrors, and plush robes. High-speed internet access is also available throughout the hotel.

They have complete amenities from their excellent restaurant (Marriott Café—where we spent our dinner and breakfast buffet), pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center, spa services, airport shuttle, Executive Lounge (an exclusive access lounge for premiere guests that caters all-day snacks and drinks) and the like which we very much enjoyed during our two days of stay.

Just recently, they have opened their Marriott Grand Ballroom, the largest of its kind in the country, which is said to redefine the Philippine MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) Industry. This new architectural marvel offers a total 8,000 square meters of function space with 28 versatile meeting spaces. Their main ballroom boasts of 3,000 square meters of pillar-less venue that can accommodate around 4,000 guests for cocktails and 2,500 for banquet set-up.
