The last dining during our Date in Daet is definitely not the least, in fact it is one fine dining that I wished that we have more time to stay, if we weren't running out of time to catch the bus going back to Manila.
I love the service, ambiance and lightning of the place, especially the lake-side view of the place located inside the Pineapple Island Resort. In fact, it is a perfect venue for special gatherings and occasions.
We tried the famous Bicolano dishes like laing and pinangat which my Bicolano friend says very authentic. Moreover, we also had kare-kare, spare ribs and their chocolate cake for dessert. What I loved most was their laing and spare ribs. Well, laing is a given for me because I am a fan of this Bicolano dish since I first tasted one when I started to work in Manila. Their spare ribs's meat was very soft and mouth watering.
