Vacation Villa at Subic Homes

 

Subic Homes offers fully furnished vacation villas of 2, 3 or 4 bedroom occupancy available for short or long-term lease. Their American-styled houses and amenities gives you comfort of being at home even you are actually three hours away from the Metro.  Their villas has centralized air conditioning and hot water heater. The villa where we stayed have 3 bedrooms, 3 comfort rooms, kitchen, living room and  dining room.





Amenities

Bedrooms

All their rooms are complete with pillows, beddings and towels. Our villa has the following:

Guest room which has one double bed and in shades of blue.

Masters bedroom being the biggest has one queen sized bed, a TV and its own bathroom.

Another guest room has two single beds with pinkish colors. (First photo in this post)

Maid’s or Driver’s quarters which has one single bed and its own bathroom.

Hallway

Connecting the entrance door to the maid’s or driver’s quarters, kitchen, living room and stairs going to the three rooms in the second floor of the villa.

Living Room

We sat here after our the afternoon activities at the Tree Top Adventure and JEST Camp. We were supposed to freshen up but instead we lazily chitchat (all except Mica) at their comfy sofa while I took some photos via my camera's timer mode setting.

Travel Bloggers: Rob, Dan, Ada and Christian. Mica, on the other hand, was upstairs. :)

Their fully furnished living room has an LCD TV with cable. DVD player is also available upon request.

Bathrooms

We have one bathroom in the first floor and two on the second floor. This one's the bathroom from the master's bedroom with pathway long enough that one can actually do a catwalk going to the shower. LOL

Bathrooms has a complimentary soap, shampoo and shower gel.

Dining Room

They also have a furnished dining room for 6, complete with plates, glasses and cutlery. Socials on our first night happened here. :)

Kitchen

If you are up to cooking, then you'll love their kitchen which is complete with cooking utensils, refrigerator/freezer, electric range, microwave oven, and rice cooker. Coffee maker and toaster are available upon request.

Subic Adventure

Perfect for barkada or family get-away looking for adventure are Subic Tree Top Adventure, JEST Camp and Zoobic Safari. Keep posted for another post about these Subic Adventures!

Restaurants and Shopping Centers

Subic Homes is just a few minutes drive from Subic Bay Freeport where you can find different restaurants and main shopping areas. It is best and hassle free if you go there with a car to visit the different places in Subic easily. Among the places we went to dine after we had our Subic Adventures were Aristocrat Restaurant, Sumo Sam and Seafood Island at Harbor Point. Keep posted for another post on our restaurant-hopping in Subic.

Rates

For 3 bedroom type units or 6 person occupancy, they have promo rates on weekdays (Sun-Thurs) of Php 5950, on weekends (Fri-Sat) of Php 8075 and during holidays of Php 8500.
