Dagupan's Pride Boodle: Pork Barbecue

Breakfast at Subic Homes was all sweet and homey but all of our energies were drained during the tour at Zoobic Safari, that is why when we went to Seafood Island, our last and final stop of our restaurant-hopping in Subic, our hungry stomachs were very much pleased with the boodles (Filipino style of eating especially in rural areas where the food is laid in banana leaves and you'll share the meal with your friends or family on the boodle itself) that were on the menu.

Chicharon Bulaklak con Bagnet

Since I am working in UP TechnoHub where Seafood Island is one of the restaurants in the retail center, it was finally the one and only restaurant I've been to during this restaurant-hopping. We were served with Dagupan's Pride boodle made of deep fried boneless bangus, pork bbq, shrimps, grilled tahong, grilled talong, okra, talbos ng kamote, green mango, crispy liempo and bagoong rice. It is priced at Php 785 good for 3-4 persons and Php 1,250 good for 5-6 persons.

Crispy Sisig

We also added the two other sinfully favorite dishes: Chicharon Bulaklak con Bagnet (Php 275) and Crispy Sisig (Php 188).

After our feast, we got so many zzz's in the van when we were riding on our way back to Manila.
