My friends were so excited finding this famous sisigan that they've been mentioning it since dawn til lunch. So, from the Hot Air Balloon Festival we took 2 jeeps going to Aling Lucing. We ordered sisig, of course, some refreshments and rice. And waited. Checked the time, and waited...
For almost an hour! We were heartbroken and very hungry. I was supposed to be understandable if not for the unfair services that I have observed. Imagine, we have waited for an hour and some people who arrived late were the ones who were given their orders before us. No matter how we grumble on our seats, we were seemingly invisible to their eyes. So we just helplessly waited some more, and took picture of how this famous sisigan broke our hearts.

I have never imagined writing something distressing in my post, but come on, if you were on our shoes
you would be very upset and some customers actually left. It seems that the experience made our taste buds tasteless that we couldn't judge the food anymore. :(

The same thing happened to us at Palawan. If ever you go there don't ever2x eat at Balinsasayaw Restaurant.
