Quezon City | Luxent Hotel

Pool-side with Quezon City skyline

I have been meaning to unwind and de-stress over the busy hours I have at work these past few months, and was glad when I finally did last weekend at Luxent Hotel. It was a perfect relaxation and prelude to summer in one.

Pretty room of ours

The hotel is strategically located at the heart of Quezon City which is just a few minutes away from the government key offices and the like. They offer different room choices from deluxe, superior to presidential, and can hold different events at their ballroom areas.

6th floor pool

Our room was a twin bed room type, complete with essentials and amenities, with a balcony that has a view of the mini-skyline of Timog’s nearby infrastructures. They also give an option of rooms on a certain floor meant for smokers.

They have their in-house restaurant, called Lush Restaurant, which offers variety of selections of food and drinks at the Lush Bar. You can’t go wrong with their breakfast and dinner buffet at their Garden CafĂ© too. I went gaga over their choices of desserts and ate each one of them. See post here for further photos of Lush Restaurant, Garden Cafe and the food.

Just keep swimming. Even if you actualy don't know how to. Tehee

Yep. One pretty pool, they've got.

The staycation was a pure bliss because we ate a little too much (especially 'cause we had our all time favorite, Cebu's Lechon Belly), relaxed and chatted with fellow travel bloggers ‘til the break of dawn, watched some films we can find on their various channels, celebrated my fellow travel blogger’s birthday--Chino of juanderfulpinoy.com, and my favorite part, aside from eating and sleeping, was their infinity pool with the skyline of Quezon City. What’s unique about their infinity pool is that they have a particular side with a transparent glass that is so much fun to swim and shoot at the same time.
